Located atop Address Sky View Hotel, Sky Views from Emaar is three adrenaline-fueled experiences rolled into one, such as Observatory, Sky Slide and Sky Edge Walk. Your standard Sky View Dubai ticket offers access to the Observatory (featuring the most irresistible views over Dubai) and the Sky Slide, which swiftly zips you down through a fully transparent glass tube from the 53rd level to the 52nd level, guaranteeing you the most surreal views of the surroundings.

  • To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you.

Sky Views Dubai Important Information

  • Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
  • Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk
  • Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/ guardian in person. Kids aged below 12 years are NOT allowed for edge walk and glass slide
  • Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 150 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide.
  • Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 120 cm to 200 cm will be allowed for the glass slide.
  • You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
  • Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
  • Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
  • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
Note: The Sky Views Observatory can only be accessed through Tower 1, it is essential to inform guests to proceed directly to Tower 1 for access to the observatory. In addition to the above please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
Important Update: Please note that the Sky View Observatory will be operational from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on December 31, 2024.
